Who we Are

Nathan Sweats has been in construction since 1998. Starting off in residential construction, as a helper/laborer for his father at 16 years old in the Atlanta GA metro area. Nathan was in the US Air Force for 3 years, then the US Army National Guard for 3 years. After the military he then began his professional career in construction, from roofing sales, to starting a roofing company at 21 years old. In 2009 he went to work in the oil and gas industrial construction industry. Working and managing projects over $500M. Nathan moved into construction management in 2012. After several years of traveling, managing large projects at refineries across the US, he settled in Tulsa OK and started Anthem Construction and Anthem Homes LLC. Few years later, he started Anthem Pools, a residential and commercial pool builder. Anthem Homes LLC was named Home Builder in Tulsa, in 2023. Anthem Pools has won best pool builder in 2023 and 2024. Anthem Construction has been awarded and completed over $60M of residential and commercial construction in Oklahoma since 2019. From concept, design, sales, to the field, execution and management, Nathan has climbed the proverbial 'Construction Ladder' over the past 25 years and now has a strong team of leaders and project managers to execute any size development and construction. Nathan is currently working on several multi-family developments and a neighborhood community development in Mannford Oklahoma. 

Nathan is married to Jamee Sweats, and they have 2 boys together, Bryant and Brooks. Jamee Sweats owns Anthem Realty as an owner/Broker, and is extremely resourceful on real estate data, comps, searching, etc for our land developments and acquisitions. 

With over 20 years of groundbreaking engineering and project management experience, Jeffrey Lord is a innovative  force in the engineering industry. As Principal Engineer, CEO, and Owner of Inspire Engineering, Inc., he combines technical mastery with visionary leadership to deliver high-impact solutions tailored to his clients’ needs. Holding advanced degrees in business and environmental engineering, along with certifications like PMP, PE, and USACOE Wetland Delineation, Jeffrey bridges the gap between technical depth and strategic innovation.

Jeffrey has successfully managed and delivered over 200 projects, representing more than $1 billion in capital investments. His experience spans environmental engineering, civil infrastructure, land development, and sustainability-focused design. He has consistently transformed complex challenges into streamlined, cost-efficient solutions for corporations, municipalities, and private developers.

Jeffery's current education consist of a MBA, from Oklahoma State University – Business acumen honed to drive growth and

operational efficiency.
